Labor Spring: Update on the Duke Graduate Student Unionization Campaign Join the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) and the Duke Graduate Student Union (DGSU) for a conversation about graduate student unionization efforts on campus. Our speakers will be DGSU student organizers and prominent labor law attorneys Adrian Butler and Lisa Demidovich. Our discussion will cover DGSU's current campaign to unionize and the challenges it has faced along the way. We will also learn more about the laws that protect student union organizers and how law students can show solidarity as our colleagues fight for a seat at the table. Lunch will be provided.
