The first session of the Law and Social Science Workshop for the Spring 2011 semester will be held on Thursday, January 27, at 12:15 pm in Room 4055 of the Law School. James D. Cox, Brainerd Currie Professor of Law will present his paper, "Tweaking Governance for Small Companies after Dodd-Frank."
