An introduction to artificial intelligence and the analysis of negotiated legal agreements. See the tools being deployed by the world's largest banks and technology companies. This hands-on session will include the opportunity for students to "try their hands" at training AI tools for common M&A and regulatory inquires. Representative topics include change of control, assignment rights, limitations of liability and data privacy. This lunch and learn will be led by principals of Apogee Legal, including Duke Law alums: Jim Wagner, Apogee Legal (Duke Law JD, 1993) Ian Walker, Apogee Legal (Duke Law LLM, 2015).
