Nir Shnaiderman, a senior prosecutor in Israel's largest District Attorney's Office with extensive experience in terror, homicide, rape and sexual harassment, and fraud and computer crimes cases will speak about a law unique to Israel which authorizes the Israeli government to detain unlawful combatants while protecting their basic rights in accordance with international law.
