Please join MENALSA in celebrating Nowruz! We look forward to welcoming you, as well as Afghani refugees in the Durham area. Nowruz is the Iranian New Year, also known as the Persian New Year, which begins on the spring equinox. Although Nowruz has Iranian origins, it is celebrated by many countries in the Middle East and Central Asia. Join us as we ring in the New Year! Sponsored by MENALSA.
