The Center on Law, Ethics and National Security will host its 20th Annual Spring Conference at the Law School on Friday, February 28th and Saturday morning, March 1st. The theme of this year's conference is "LAWshaping in National Security, the Past, the Progress, and the Path Ahead." The conference will address a wide variety of subjects including surveillance, cyberwar, drones, the role of the courts in national security issues, sexual assault in the armed forces, civil-military relations, presidential power and national security, developments in international humanitarian law (law of armed conflict), ethical issues in national security law and much more.
