Alice Ammerman (a Professor of Nutrition at UNC and the Director of the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention), Court Tisdale (a PhD in clinical psychology with a specialty in eating disorders), and Ronald Sha (of the Duke Community and Family Medicine/ Diet and Fitness Center).
