Clark Neily, Vice President for Criminal Justice at the Cato Institute, will outline the current state of prosecutorial accountability and explain several ideas for how to improve the integrity of prosecutions. Professor Tom Maher, the Executive Director of the Wilson Center for Science and Justice, will then moderate a discussion between Mr. Neily and Professor Theresa Newman, the Co-Director of Duke's Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
