Join the Duke Immigrant & Refugee Project for a discussion on the policies impacting migrant children under the Biden Administration. Mishan Wroe, Senior Immigration Attorney at the National Center for Youth Law, and Laila Hlass, Clinical Professor of Law & Co-Director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at Tulane Law School, will examine the complexities raised by the number of migrant children coming to the U.S. and the custody and processing challenges they face upon arrival.
