Inaugural meeting of the new Real Estate Law Society. RELS' focus is on issues in commercial real estate, green/sustainable development, and fair housing issues. Potential events for this year will be discussed and students will have the opportunity to get involved as new officers. Despite perhaps considered a niche area, Real Estate issues - both residential and commercial - touch all our lives. If you have an interest in Real Estate or in any of our three focus areas - come to our meeting to find out how you can get involved. For more info, contact Patrick Mills, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prof. Sam Buell discusses his new book on the rise of criminal behavior in corporations and why it’s so difficult to prosecute.
