Duke Law alumni and friends are warmly invited to join us for Recent Developments in Corporate Law, A Lunchtime Discussion with Sam Glasscock III J.D.'83, Vice Chancellor, Delaware Court of Chancery. The conversation will begin promptly at 12:45 p.m. and will be led by the Vice Chancellor's former and current Duke Law graduate-clerks: Yair Even-Tal LL.M.'13, Meaghan Krupa J.D./LL.M.'13, Ryan McLeod J.D.'07, Amanda Pooler J.D.'12, and Christine Turner J.D.'15. A soup and sandwich buffet lunch is included. Traditional business attire is required. Space is limited.
