Please join Professor Curtis Bradley for a discussion on the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA), which Congress recently passed into law after overriding President Obama's veto this past September. Professor Bradley will speak on the potential diplomatic and legal consequences of the act as well as the context of sovereign immunity and U.S.-Saudi Arabia relations.
