Staff Summer Seminars: Summer Cooking Fun

The Refectory Cafe chefs will treat us to both instruction and tasting - while we admire and sample a simple summer antipasto with seared ahi tuna and balsamic shallots, we'll learn to make orecchiette pasta (Italian for "little ear") with a simple lemon cream feta sauce! The class will run for about two hours and is limited to 20 participants. Accept the GroupWise appointment from Nancy Cheek to attend.
