3L Jason Rathod will present "A Post-Racial Voting Rights Act," a seminar paper which he hopes to develop into an article. Lunch served. The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
