Derrick Raphael will be presenting his research on social justice issues and the restructuring of the Wake County school system. He would like student feedback before his presentation at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Alumni of Color conference. Stephen McIntyre will also be presenting his paper "Trying to Agree on Three Articles of Law: The Idea/Expression Dichotomy in Chinese Copyright Law." The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate).
