This week, the Student Paper Series hosts Christopher McCurdy and Ryan Thompson, who will present a paper entitled, "The Power of Posner: A Study of Prestige and Influence in the Federal Judiciary." In the paper, Thompson and McCurdy empirically study the factors that contribute to the prestige and influence of particular judges on the federal bench. Please join us for a fascinating discussion.
