The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate). On February 24, Ali Koenig will present "Lessons from the North: A Comparison of the Nordic, American, and Latvian Responses to the Banking Crises" and Bryan Leitch will discuss "Where Law Meets Politics: Freedom of Contract, Federalism, and the fight over Health Care."
