Please join us for our first meeting for the Law & Economics Society for the 2015-2016 school year. We will be hearing from Professor Ehud Guttel, who is visiting Duke this semester from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Although the conventional perception is that Law and Economics scholarship has picked all "low hanging fruit," Professor Guttel will present several topics from Torts and Criminal Law that have received inadequate Law and Economics analysis.
