Transactional Law Competition

November 07, 2014 • 8:00 AM • Law School 4047

The Transactional Law Competition is an annual competition where law students get the opportunity to develop skills in structuring and negotiating a simulated deal on behalf of a client. The competition involves both a document mark-up portion and negotiation session judged by alumni and other practicing transactional attorneys. The negotiation sessions are followed by a reception for judges and participants. The competition is open to all JD and LLM students.
