Please join the Transactional Law Competition Board for an information session on our Sixth Annual Transactional Law Competition! Participants, paired in teams of two, will compete in a mini-transaction, marking up deal documents and negotiating terms with an opposing team, gaining valuable negotiation skills and exposure to transactional work. The competition is judged by esteemed practitioners from all over the country, creating a great networking opportunity for participants, particularly 1Ls. The winning team will go on to compete against other schools' teams in a competition during the spring semester. Lunch will be served. Sponsored by the Transactional Law Competition Board.
