Transactional Law Competition Training Session

All participants of the Duke Law Intramural Transactional Law Competition are invited to join members of the Transactional Law Society Executive Board for a training session on term sheets, negotiations, and contract markups. This is required for any participant that is not registered for the Counselor and the Client wintersession. Lunch will be provided. Sponsored by the Transactional Law Society.
