Learn about Duke's Trial Practice classes available this spring. Please join two Trial Practice instructors, Professors Don Beskind and Tom Maher, and Trial Practice alum, John Hoffman, former trial attorney for the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, Acting Attorney General for the State of New Jersey and current Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. This session is designed for those who are curious about Trial Practice, and those who want to confirm their decision about taking or not taking the course.
