February 17, 2010 • 12:15 PM • Law School 3037

Join Professor Donald Beskind and the Mock Trial Board for the final of three presentations on trial litigation skills. This session will focus on objections, proper evidence procedures, and general decorum, and will feature a Q&A with Professor Beskind, a litigator with over 30 years of practice experience, and a skills presentation by Christopher Battles and Samuel Burness, Twiggs-Beskind Cup Tournament Chairs. All students are encouraged to attend, and the session will be especially helpful for those registered to compete in the Twiggs-Beskind Cup. Lunch provided. Co-sponsored by DBA.
