Each year, Duke Law sends a team to Vienna, Austria for one week to compete in the Willem Vis International Arbitration Moot competition. The competition involves writing two team briefs, due in December and January, followed by oral arguments in Vienna in late March. An organizational meeting will be held on Sept. 26, at 5:15 p.m. for any students who may be interested in participating on the Duke team.. We will discuss the competition and the team selection process. For more information on the Vis competition see http://www.cisg.law.pace.edu/vis.html. If you cannot attend the meeting but are interested in the competition, email Professor Charles Holton at Holton@law.duke.edu.
