EDRM is developing webinars on Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) to help educate lawyers and judges on various aspects of TAR in advance of a September Duke Conference, which aims to develop best practices for using TAR. The webinars will address topics such as when to use TAR, how various TAR tools work, common pitfalls and benefits, and how to explain TAR processes to clients, judges, and others. The webinars will be publicly available, both as they are broadcast and on demand after broadcast, via the EDRM website and EDRM's webcast channel on BrightTalk.
