Sharing and sampling cookies and pies and other confectionary delights are a fun and delicious way to celebrate, but they can also lead to overindulgence and regretful resolutions. Learn how you can eat well during the holidays while still enjoying traditional treats. Student Health Services will offer tips and advice on eating well on a student budget when faced with these temptations. Lunch will be provided.
