Working with Domestic Violence Victims/Survivors as Clients and Witnesses

Many of us who will go into government service, public interest, or pro bono work at private firms may find ourselves representing domestic violence survivors/victims as civil claimants or interacting with them as witnesses. This training will focus on how to better respond to a DV victim/survivor client's needs and best practices for doing witness prep with a DV survivor/victim witness. Lunch will be provided.
