Professor Patrick Garry from the University of South Dakota will present a lecture based on his book, "Wrestling With God: The Court's Tortuous Treatment of Religion." He criticizes the Court's confusing and contradictory establishment clause jurisprudence, and offers a new constitutional model that better reflects the intent of the framers and reconciles the establishment clause with the free exercise clause.
