Professor Patrick Garry from the University of South Dakota will present a lecture based on his book, "Wrestling With God: The Court's Tortuous Treatment of Religion." He criticizes the Court's confusing and contradictory establishment clause jurisprudence, and offers a new constitutional model that better reflects the intent of the framers and reconciles the establishment clause with the free exercise clause. As establishment clause cases continue to land on the Court's docket, this subject remains one of great interest. For more information contact Phil Aubart at firstname.lastname@example.org
