18th Annual Public Interest Retreat

Students of all class years are invited to join us for the annual Public Interest Retreat, being held in downtown Durham at the Durham Arts Council. This year's retreat will feature: a keynote by '12 alumna Maryann Flannigan who is leading the on-going Hurricane Sandy advocacy efforts for Legal Services of NJ; a panel of local government and public interest lawyers; a loan repayment presentation by John Ahlers from Duke Law's Financial Aid Office; and an opportunity for public interest and government-minded students to meet and mingle.
