Please join academics and practitioners for a panel discussion concerning the same-sex marriage decision in Obergefell v. Hodges. Speakers include Susan Sommer who litigated Obergefell before the Supreme Court on behalf of Petitioners (Senior Counsel and National Director of Constitutional Litigation at Lambda Legal), William Duncan who filed an amicus brief in support of Respondents (Director of the Marriage Law Foundation and Former Professor at Catholic University School of Law), and Duke Law Professor Neil Siegel who is an expert on the subject.
