In honor of Black History Month, please join the Black Law Student Association for a panel discussion on race in the classroom. The panel will include Professors Jim Coleman and Trina Jones, as well as Visiting Professor H. Timothy Lovelace, Jr. This discussion will focus on how to navigate talking about the difficult topic of race, particularly as it relates to controversial cases. This is a topic that can be uncomfortable and we will hear from professors surrounding how students can best address these issues in class while remaining respectful and mindful of varying viewpoints and personal experiences.
