CANCELLED: Custom's Future: International Law in a Changing World

April 12, 2016 • 12:30 PM • Law School 3041

The Center on Law, Ethics and National Security will sponsor a panel discussion with three of the chapter authors of "Custom's Future: International Law in a Changing World." Professors Curtis Bradley, Mitu Gulati, and Laurence Helfer will discuss their chapters in the new book edited by Professor Curtis Bradley. The book seeks to promote a better understanding of how customary international law has developed over time, the way in which it is applied in practice, and the challenges that it faces going forward in dealing with complex modern problems such as climate change, international terrorism, and global financial instability. Pizza will be served on a first come, first serve basis. A book signing will follow the talk. Sponsored by LENS. For more information, please contact Victoria Zellefrow at lensmailbox@law.duke.edu.
