Careers in Service Speaker Series: Criminal Law

On Thursdays and Fridays in September, all students are invited to join us for panel discussions on different types of government and public interest careers and practice areas. For our first panel, the topic will be Criminal Law and the speakers will be: Chief Toby Lathan (United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of North Carolina), Shelagh Kenney (Center for Death Penalty Litigation), Tom Crosby (L'11, Durham District Attorney's Office) and Halerie Mahan (L'11, Federal Public Defender's Office, Eastern District of North Carolina). Lunch will be provided but please bring your own beverage. Sponsored by the Office of Public Interest and Pro Bono, the Career and Professional Development Center, and the Government and Public Service Society (GPS).
