Please join the Federalist Society in welcoming Mr. Bradley A. Smith, the Josiah H. Blackmore II/Shirley M. Nault Professor at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He previously served as Commissioner, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Federal Election Commission between 2000 and 2005. Mr. Smith will briefly address the Supreme Court's controversial 2010 decision in Citizens United v. FEC. He will be joined by Professor Stephen Sachs. Lunch (Chick-Fil-A) will be provided.
