April 06, 2015 • 12:30 PM • Law School 4047

Join Environmental Law Clinic faculty members Ryke Longest and Michelle Nowlin for a discussion about environmental justice and ways that they and other NC-area lawyers have been advocating on behalf of communities disadvantaged with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies. Students will learn about ways to become involved in environmental justice work while at Duke. This event is part of the Discussion and Action Series on Wealth, Inequality and the Law and is co-sponsored by Duke Law Clinics and the office of Public Interest and Pro Bono.
