The Center for Democracy and the Rule of Law will host a lunch seminar by Jonathan Katz, the Kay Sugahara Professor of Social Sciences and Statistics, California Institute of Technology - Division of the Humanities and Social Sciences on the topic of "Experiences of an Expert Witness in Voting Rights Cases."
