Fix the Court

Do you think that the Supreme Court Justices should be the only federal judges not bound by the Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges? Should video coverage of Supreme Court hearings be allowed? Join the American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society for a lively lunch discussion about Supreme Court transparency and accessibility. The panel will feature Professor Thomas Metzloff, Professor Ernest Young, and Professor Donald Ayer, and will be moderated by Gabe Roth, the executive director of Fix the Court, a non-profit that concentrates on judicial transparency and institutional reform for the Supreme Court. Co-sponsored by ACS and the Federalist Society. For more information, please contact Josh Zaslawsky at joshua.zaslawsky@duke.edu.
