Inequality and the Law: What's the State's Role?

The Federalist Society will be hosting a discussion between Dr. Yaron Brook of the Ayn Rand Institute and Visiting Professor David Gamage of UC-Berkeley on the topics of fairness and inequality. Subtopics will include: how do we define "inequality"? What kinds of inequality are legally relevant? When and how should the state alleviate inequality? Lunch will be provided.
