In case you missed the first one, the Transactional Law Competition Board is holding an additional information session on our Fifth Annual Transactional Law Competition! Participants, paired in teams of two, will gain valuable real-life deal skills and exposure to transactional work by completing in a mini-transaction, marking up deal documents, and negotiating terms against an opposing team. The competition is judged by esteemed practitioners from all over the country, creating a great networking opportunity for participants, particularly 1Ls.
