Please join Duke Law WLSA on March 8th in celebrating the achievements of women around the globe and at Duke Law! We will have donuts from Early Bird in Star Commons starting at 8:30 AM. Please also join us for WLSA Bar Review on Thursday night at The Social, where 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence. International Women's Day is a worldwide event that celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women and calls for gender parity. This year the global theme of International Women's Day is #PressforProgress. We encourage all members of the Duke Law community to take this time to celebrate women's achievements as well as appreciate how much progress still has yet to be made.
