Please join us for an Intro to Islamic Law, the first of a series. Islamic Law is often misconstrued by Muslims and others alike. To better understand the legal frameworks of the faith tradition, MLSA will be inviting speakers to discuss particular areas of law within Islam, such as family law and human rights law. At this introductory event, Imam Mohamed AbuTaleb from the Islamic Association of Raleigh will cover sources and legal interpretation of Islamic Law.
