We invite 3Ls (and eager 2Ls!) to join the Business Law Society for a "Renting in New York" workshop by Cooper & Cooper Real Estate in New York. The workshop will discuss the NYC rental market. The presentation will cover pricing & floor plan sizes, the steps in the rental process, the general paperwork and landlord requirements, and answer all questions! Food will be provided.
