Rindala Beydoun, Duke JD/LLM '94, is a prominent corporate attorney with extensive experience in the Middle East. Ms. Beydoun is coming back to Duke Law to chat with current students about her extensive experience practicing corporate law in the Middle East. Currently, she is the founder and managing partner of Tribonian Law Advisors, with offices in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon, focusing on cross-border and domestic M&A, real estate development, and other transactions. She also teaches courses on M&A and Restructuring at the Lebanese American University in Beirut. Prior to founding Tribonian, she was a Partner at the UAE office of Vinson & Elkins and the managing Partner of Latham & Watkins' offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Sponsored by SOLIMENA.
