Transactional Law Society Information Session

September 23, 2019 • 12:30 PM • Law School 3041

1Ls are constantly asked whether they are leaning towards transactional law or litigation. While we see examples of litigation on t.v. what does it mean to practice transactional law? Come join the Transactional Law Society to find out! During this information session, we will discuss the basics of transactional law, how to apply to be a 1L representative of the Transactional Law Society, and introduce early information for Duke's Annual Transactional Law Competition. This information session is sponsored by the Transactional Law Society and will include lunch! Please contact Jen Goldshtein at jen.goldshtein@duke.edu or Chelsea Carlson at chelsea.carlson@duke.edu for more information.
