Preliminary Schedule

The workshop will be held at the Kenan Institute for Ethics, West Duke Building on East Campus, Room 101 (Ahmadieh Family Room).

Workshop format:  There will be four sessions, each covering specific chapters from the book. The format for each session will be open discussion by participants, moderated by a session chair, whose role is primarily to keep the queue.  There will be no presentation by the chair or by Professor Adler.

8:15 Continental Breakfast
8:45 Introductory remarks by Matt Adler
9:00-10:45 Session one: RDW chapters 1–2.
10:45-11:15 Coffee break, optional group walk around Duke’s East Campus
11:15-1:00 Session two: RDW chapters 3–4.
1:00-2:00 Lunch
2:00-3:45 Session three: RDW chapters 5–6.
3:45-4:15 Coffee break
4:15-5:45 Session four: RDW chapters 7-8 and wrap-up conversation for day.
