Please join Aya Kobori, counsel at the New York office of White & Case, for a wide ranging conversation about her practice counseling U.S. and foreign multinational corporations in matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), corporate internal investigations, and antitrust law. She will speak about her career path, day-to-day work, and offer advice to students interested in a career involving cross-border litigation and compliance. As Ms. Kobori spends a portion of her time in the Tokyo office of White & Case, she will also discuss entry-level and lateral opportunities for U.S. associates interested in working in Tokyo. Sponsored by the JD-LLM Program in International and Comparative Law. Lunch will be served. For more information, please contact Oleg Kobelev at kobelev@law.duke.edu.
