Fall 2011 students will be upgraded to Exchange accounts
July 13, 2011
All incoming students will be emailed this information. On July 13, all new email will be routed to accounts on the Duke Exchange server. Students should access their new email accounts using their netid at this web address:
http://exch2010.oit.duke.edu
For those interested: OIT has instructions on how to configure other clients. Please note that we are using the new 2010 Exchange server, so our server's address is NOT exchange.oit.duke.edu as in the documentation, but rather exch2010.oit.duke.edu:

Also, students wishing to use the Microsoft Outlook client software to access their Exchange account should contact the Academic Technologies help desk for more information (at the service desk in the library, or 613-7072, or helpdesk@law.duke.edu).
Please contact the help desk if you need assistance forwarding email from the old email system to the new.

Old system mailboxes will be deleted on September 9, 2011, so be sure to forward any messages you wish to keep before then!
