The Program in Public Law welcomes Ian Millhiser, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress Action Fund and the Editor of ThinkProgress Justice, as he discusses his book Injustices: The Supreme Court's History of Comforting the Comfortable and Afflicting the Afflicted, a history of the Supreme Court told from the viewpoint of the people affected by the decisions.
