The Terror Courts: Rough Justice At Guantanamo Bay

Jess Bravin, Wall Street Journal’s Supreme Court correspondent, tells the still unfolding story of military commission justice, in large part through the story of Marine Corp JAG Lt. Colonel Stu Couch, whose efforts to try suspected terrorists brought him face to face with the injustice of enhanced interrogation techniques, the efforts to nonetheless use the evidence obtained, and other difficulties in standing up an untried military commission system at Guantanamo Bay.
Bravin and Couch will discuss the book and answer questions.
