The Law & Economics Society is excited to present the Fifth Annual Triangle L&E Conference - Rethinking Regulation and Reform: Behavioral Economics and the Regulatory State, which will be addressing issues at the intersection of behavioral economics and law with a special focus on the applications of decision science, choice architecture, and nudging to law, regulation, and policy. The Conference, a joint effort between Duke Law School, UNC Law, and the Fuqua School of Business, is a highly inter- and cross-disciplinary student initiative involving faculty and campus-based centers, programs, and affiliates from across the University.
